General Information
Qsilica Skin, Hair & Nails One-A-Day multi-nutrient tablets contains colloidal silica, biotin, zinc and selenium in a convenient once daily supplement.
Formulated to nourish from within, Qsilica capsules may support skin health.
Warnings
Always read the label and use as directed. If symptoms develop consult your healthcare practitioner.
Supplementary to a balanced diet.
Do not use if the carton seals are missing or blister seal is broken.
Store below 25°C.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health practitioner before taking this product.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Silica – colloidal anhydrous 450 mg (Equivalent to Silicon 210 mg)
Biotin 2.5mg
Zinc citrate dihydrate 75 mg (Equivalent to Zinc 24 mg)
Selenomethionine 250 µg (Equivalent to Selenium 100µg)
Also contains: tableting aids
Directions
Adults take one tablet per day with a glass of water and preferably with food.
