How to take Mintec?Adults: Take 1 or 2 Mintec capsules three times a day before meals, depending on the severity of your symptoms. Do not break or chew the capsules. Swallow the capsules whole with water 30 minutes before meals. Do not take Mintec immediately after a meal, or with a hot drink.Mintec is not recommended for use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, or for use in children unless on the advice of a doctor.

The peppermint oil in Mintec relaxes the bowel muscles and provides effective relief of abdominal pain and discomfort, bloating, cramps and spasms associated with medically diagnosed IBS.

Ingredients

Directions
Adult dosage: The usual dose is 1 capsule 3 times a day, before meals. If there are times when your symptoms are particularly severe, the dose may be increased to two capsules, three times a day. Swallow the capsules whole with water, preferably 30 minutes before meals.
