- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION

Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

General Information
Veet hair removal spray on cream for sensitive skin with a touch of aloe vera and vitamin e works close to the root even on short hair, leaving your skin touchably smooth. The spray on method means you can easily cover hard to reach areas like the back of your leg, quickly and with no mess.

Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents can be harmful or fatal.
CAUTION
Pressurised dispenser. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 40°c. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material. Keep away from sources of ignition - no smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
PRECAUTIONS
Carefully follow directions for use. For legs, arms, underarms and bikini line, but not suitable for use on face, head, breast or genital areas, or on any other body parts. Do not use on moles, scars, spotty, broken, irritated, sunburnt skin, on skin depilated in the last 72 hoursor on the skin which has suffered an adverse reaction to hair removal creams in the past. Check with your doctor before using if you are on any medication which can affect the skin or if you suffer from any skin related disorder. Before each use, TEST YOUR SKIN REACTION by applying the cream to a small area, following the directions and precautions. Never spray near the face or directly onto the underarms or bikini line. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Product may cause surfaces to become slippery. Clean up any cream left on bathroom surfaces immediately. Avoid spillage on carpets, clothes and flooring. Do not let the product touch unintended surface to avoid damage or decolouration. In case of accidental contact, clean immediately. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. NO TO BE TAKEN. In case of ingestion, consult a doctor immediately and show the outer pack. Contains alkali and thioglycolate. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 40°C.

Ingredients
Aqua, Urea, Potassium Thioglycolate, Glycerin, Calcium Hydroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Butane, Butyrospermum Parkii, Ceteareth-20, Parfum, PPG-15 Stearyl Ether, Isobutane, Propane, Tocopheryl Acetate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf, Sodium Gluconate, Acrylates Copolymer, Limonene, Citronellol, BHT, Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.
Directions
Do not swallow. Read precautions before use. Step into the bathtub or shower cubicle. Make sure skin is dry before application. Position the can 2 inches (5cm) away from the leg. Press the actuator firmly all the way down to ensure consistent spraying. Move the can in a continuous motion up and down the length of your legs. Make sure all areas you wish to remove hair from are covered with an even layer. You do not need a thick layer of the product to work. Make sure the spray is always pointed at the area of skin to be treated. Leave the cream on the skin for 5 minutes, then use the spatula to test a small area. If hair comes away easily, remove the rest of the cream with the spatula. If needed, leave cream on longer without exceeding 10 minutes total application time. Rinse your skin thoroughly with water after use. For use on sensitive areas like the underarm or bikini line, for each zone spray a small 1-2 inch (3-5cm) circular amount into your hand and spread over the desired area. Wash hands thoroughly. Rinse the nozzle thoroughly after use. Ensure can and nozzle are fully dry before replacing cap.
