Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 38mg
Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 38mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25mg

Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn®-Zinc diglycinate) 50mg
Equiv. Zinc 10mg
Potassium iodide 98 micrograms

Directions

ADULTS
Take 1 scoop (7g) in 200mL of water daily
