Directions

Start by applying a drop of essie Apricot Cuticle Oil to every nail to soften the cuticles. Thoroughly cleanse the nail with nail polish remover to remove dirt and oils.

Apply 2-3 coats of the TLC product to bare nails. No base or top coat needed.
